My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were a bit lacking in terms of heating, sound insulation, and cleanliness with some dust and water rings on the bedside table. The service, however, was top-notch with friendly and professional staff always ready to assist. The location was convenient, providing easy access to local malls and attractions, although a bit distant from restaurants. The dining experience was satisfactory with a good variety of items available. The facilities met my basic needs but could use some improvement.
